ALH Real Estate Group is a family owned real estate brokerage firm specializing in residential and multi-family property management. The Group relies on the extensive experience of its owners to provide invaluable services to its clients.
The Group is owned and operated by Drew, Cathy, and Ian Helmstadter. Drew serves as the firm’s Designated Broker and Chief Executive Officer. Drew is a local business and real estate attorney in Spokane. Cathy serves as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer. Cathy is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor. Cathy also owns Cathy Ann Helmstadter & Associates, CPA. Ian serves as the firm’s Chief Operations Officer. Ian owns Automated Telecom and is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor.

In property management, there are bound to be issues that come up from time to time (e.g. maintenance, repairs, payment issues, etc.). Identifying the issues as they arise and clearly communicating with all parties involved in order to determine a fully informed course of action is the key to a successful relationship.

We combine our relentless effort with sophisticated software to streamline our management processes and produce valuable information for our landlord-clients to analyze their properties and finances.

With an attorney, a certified public accountant, and a certified exit planning advisor at the Helm, it is only natural for us to analyze our landlord-client’s current financial position and plan for the future.
