AGENT REFERRAL PROGRAM
We are a full-service residential property management company. Our mission is to be people centered and destination oriented. We recognize the importance of developing personal relationships with our peers and clients while ultimately working towards their desired destination. We want to develop a relationship with you (the real estate agent) to come alongside you and provide an exceptional client interaction.
Referral Fee
We have a unique program unlike most other management companies. Every time a client signs a new one-year property management agreement with us, we will pay you $50 per door at the time we receive the first months’ management fee. We will also pay you 5% of our recurring monthly management fee. For example, if you refer a duplex that rents out for a combined $4,000 per month and our management fee is $400, we will pay you $100 ($50 x 2)
for the initial referral and a recurring monthly amount of $20.
Client Return Guarantee
If a client you refer later wants to sell their property, we will direct them back to you. We will not conduct any sales for clients referred from our referral partners.
